4.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g)0.75 tsp Salt9.0 tsp Baking Powder6.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup Sour Cream12.0 tbsp Butter, salted and melted1.0 cup Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar1.5 tsp Garlic powder
Preheat your oven to 400°. Spray your pan. Also, these biscuits will spread when they cook so use a pan that has walls, I use a muffin tin.
Combine all of your dry ingredients. Using a fork will help break up some of the clumps in the almond flour.
Combine all of your wet ingredients and start mixing. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth and consistent.
Pour your wet ingredients into your dry and start mixing. Once mixed at the cheese and garlic powder.
Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tins and bake for 10-12 minutes.
