Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth1.0 lemon yields Lemon Juice3.0 clove Garlic2.0 tbsp Parsley8.0 cup Spaghetti Squash12.0 oz Shrimp, raw0.5 serving great value greek nonfat yogurt (plain) - 1 c.1.0 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value)
Directions
Cook shrimp in butter and garlic. Set aside. Combine mustard, broth, lemon. Cook spaghetti squash in 350 degree oven. When finished cooking, add yogurt and parsley to sauce and toss with shrimp and squash. Serve! Serving Size: 4 servings consisting of 2 c. Spaghetti squash, 3 oz. Shrimp
