Quinoa Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
1 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 serving =.25 cup dry .5 cup Brown Rice, long grain 7 serving Chicken - Kirkland Canned Chicken Breast in Water 1serv=2oz 3.5 serving Bush's Low Sodium Black Beans 2 cup, chopped Kale 2 cup Spinach, fresh 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO) 1 tsp Garlic powder .5 tbsp Cumin - Ground, McCormick (1 tbsp) (by MIKEGINA)
Directions
Cook Quinoa and Rice separately. Add Spinach and Kale to Quinoa and/or rice when cooking is complete and let steam with lid closed for about 10 minutes while preparing the rest of the ingredients. Mix all ingredients into large bowl and serve.
