Energy Snack Bar Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup, pitted, chopped Dates 1.0 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins) 1 cup whole kernels Almonds, dry roasted (salt added) 1 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp 1 tbsp *Flax Seed 3 serving Agave nectar syrup (1Tbsp, 21g)
Directions
Pulse dates and almonds in Food Processor until chopped medium fine. Add Cranberries, chia seeds, flax seeds and agave. Pulse 6 - 8 times or until ingredients are combined. Line a 8 x 8 dish with wax paper. dump ingredients into pan. Press down firmly to form a flat even top. Use wax paper to press down in you want. Refrigerate a couple of hours before cutter as it is easier to cut if they are cold. Store in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
