Gingerbread Cookie Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients
48 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (Gluten Free)--1/2 C dry = 48g 2 tbsp chia seeds 3 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds 0.5 tsp Kirkland Ground Saigon Cinnamon 0.25 tsp Ginger, ground 0.25 cup Wallaby Organic Greek Whole Milk Yogurt - Plain (by SMGREGORY) 1 tbsp Molasses, blackstrap 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract 0.5 cup Organic Valley - Organic Whole Milk
Directions
1. Combine dry ingredients in bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Divide into individual size containers (BPA-Free plastic would work great for kids; I tend to use small yogurt size glass jars).
4. You can add toppings if you like. I use Creative Snacks Co. Organic Coconut Bites that I stir in right before I dig in. Other options would be raisins, nuts, or cranberries. Be aware of added calories and other from the toppings!
