Ingredients
2 tbsp Cream Cheese 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds 3 tsp Baking Powder 6 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 1.5 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk
Directions
Place mozzarella and cream cheese in bowl and microwave for 2 minutes stirring half way. Mix baking powder and almond flour. Add dry ingredients and beaten eggs to cheese mixture. Knead until all ingredients are combined. Shape into bagels and top with sesame seeds. Bake 10-14 minutes at 400.
