1.25 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded0.25 cup Coconut flour4.0 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 serving GALLO DRY SALAMI (5 SLICES)2.0 slice (1 oz) Provolone Cheese1.0 cup Spinach, fresh1.0 oz Banana Pepper Rings Mild, Mt. Olive (1oz / 28g)1.0 1tsp Olive Oil
Combine flour, flax & seasoning in small bowl. Melt Coby Jack in large bowl add egg, mix well then add flour mixture. Roll out dough, line salami, cheese down center. Top with spinach and peppers, drizzle on oil. Cut edges and fold over top. Brush with egg yoke. Bake in 400 pre heated oven for 15-20 minutes
