Turkey Meatball Pasta Skillet Meal

Directions
Meatballs:1 1/4 pound ground turkey1/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs1/4 cup egg Substitute2 T Grated Parm. Pasta:1 medium squash6 Cherry Tomatoes3 Scallions1tsp Garlic Powder2 cups uncooked pasta (barilla plus used to calculate info)1/2 cup beef stock
Mix turkey meat with breadcrumbsm egg substitute and parmesan cheese. Shape into meatballs. Brown in skillet.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to directions on package.
Once meatballs are browned add beef broth, squash, scallions, garlic powder. Bring to boil, lower heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve veggies and meatballs over the pasta.
