Egg Salsa Scramble

Ingredients
1 whole egg2 egg whites1 cup of thick Southwest Salsa1/2 black beansPlateful of Mixed Salad Greens
Directions
Smash black beans with the back of a fork and mix in the eggs. Then mixed in the salsa.

Pour into a pan and cook on one side an until nearly cooked. Flip (it will crumble) and then serve on top of the bed of greens. If I were good, I'd split it, but I was hunger!
