Keto Chocolate Fudge Frosting

Ingredients
.5 cup Butter, unsalted 15 tsp Sucralose (like Splenda) 4 square (1 oz) Baking chocolate, unsweetened, squares 1 serving McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract 1 tsp (by KNOXMOM) .33 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 6 serving Swerve Confectioners Net Carb - sugar alcohols 1 oz
Directions
In a large food processor, process splenda with steel blade for 3-5 minutes until achieving powder, place a towel over the top opening to prevent powder from flying out
Cut up the chocolate in microwave safe bowl, heat for 30 seconds 2x stirring in between, add butter, heat for 30 seconds 2-3 times stirring in between heating
Add the Swerve Confectioners and powdered Splenda to mixing bowl or stand mixer bowl, add chocolate mix and half the cream beat slowly at low speed to mix, add vanilla and beat, add rest of chocolate beat at medium speed, continue to beat until smooth fudgy consistency is achieved
