Overnight Peach Yogurt Oatmeal

0.25 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry 0.75 cup Yogurt Plain Greek Yogurt, non-fat 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 Peaches, fresh 2 tsp Equate Clear Soluble Fiber Powder 2 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
Put 2 oz (1/4 cup) Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 1/4 cup dry Steel Cut Oats, one medium chopped peach, 2tps Fiber powder, and 3/4 cup of Yogurt Plain non-fat Greek Yogurt, in a mason jar.
Mix well.
Seal jar and place in refrigerator overnight.
You can substitute another fruit such as raspberrries and or sliced strawberries. Add flovoring of your choice such as vanilla, almond extract, or cinnamon, or pumpkin pie spice
