Miss Carla's 4 Ingredient Homemade Vegan Soybean and Oat Waffles

Ingredients
1 tsp Salt 2 cup Soybeans, green 3 cup Bob's Red Mill - Extra Thick Rolled Oats 5.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Soak 2 cups of soybeans overnight. Drain and rinse.

Combine soybeans, oats and salt in food processor.

Generously spoon into waffle iron and cook 10-12 minutes or when steam stops coming out of the waffle iron.

Makes approximately 19 waffles (almost 4 full sheets in a large square waffle iron).

Serving Size: 1 Waffle (1/4th of a large waffle iron)
