Non-fat Granola

Ingredients
5 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 1 cup pieces or chips Walnuts 16 tbsp Almonds - sliced 1 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt 60 ml Welch's 100% Apple Juice Concentrate 1 cup Honey 1 cup, packed Raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Place all dry ingredients except raisins in a large bowl and mix. Place apple juice concentrate and honey in a microwave-safe container and warm in the microwave until liquid consistency. Pour liquid over dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Spread mixture on 2 sheet pans, lightly sprayed with Pam or other coating. Place both sheets in the oven for 7-10 minutes. Remove from oven and replace, putting the bottom sheet on top and the top sheet on the bottom. Heat for another 7-10 minutes. Remove pans from oven and let sit without stirring until cool. Add raisins and mix thoroughly before placing in air tight container.
