creamy garlic mashed cauliflower

1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 2 tbsp Butter, salted 2 serving Garlic (1 clove) (by AIRAMEI) 0.25 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add cauliflower and turn heat down to medium. Cook covered for 15 minutes until cauliflower is soft and tender.
Meanwhile, heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Sautee the garlic for 2 minutes until soft. Set aside.
When cauliflower is cooked, remove from heat and drain.
In a food processor, add cooked cauliflower, sautéed garlic and butter it was cooked in, milk, parm cheese, salt and pepper. Puree until smooth.
Serve hot and sprinkle with chives or rosemary on top.
