Low carb Jalapeño Popper Casserole

24.0 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted3.5 serving Wright Thick Cut Bacon (2 slices)4.0 serving Cheddar Cheese, Tillamook All Natural Sharp Cheddar (1 oz)12.0 oz Cream Cheese12.0 tsp hot sauce - Cholula hot sauce4.0 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
Bake chicken at 400 for 20 mins. Sauté bacon and sliced jalapeños till they're soft. Add hot sauce and cream cheese and stir till creamy. Shred or chop chicken and line baking dish. Spread mixture over chicken and top with cheese. Bake at 400 for 10-15 mins, then broil till cheese is browned.
