Chicken Croquettes - Second Try

Ingredients
8 oz light chicken meat cooked8 oz dark chicken meat cooked1 eggbeater2 bags Kay's Natural Protein Chips - Parmesan (or 1/2 cup crumbs of whatever kind)1 tsp light mayo1/2 tsp brown mustard1/4 tsp salt1 tbsp italian seasoning
Directions
Puree chicken meat. Mix egg, mayo, mustard together, and add to meat. Incorporate crumbs and seasonings. Make into patties, and cook shortly, browning them.
