- 3-4 oz cooked chicken breast- 1 1/2 Tbsp chopped, seeded cucumber (w/peel)- 1 Tbsp chopped mango- 1 Tbsp chopped red onion- 1 Tbsp light mayonnaise- 1/2 tsp tandoori paste- 1/2 tsp fresh squeezed lime juice
In medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined. Place salad between bread slices.
