Summer Fresh Chicken and Avocado Salad

Salad2 chicken Breasts - cooked and shredded.2 large avocados 1 cup corn (sliced directly from a cooked cob)6 oz of bacon, cooked and chopped1/4 cup of chives or green onion, chopped2T chopped dillDressing3 T of lime juice, squeezed from fresh lime3 T of extra virgin olive oil 1 t salt 1/8 t black pepper
1. Peel and pit the avocados, cut into bite size pieces and add to a large mixing bowl.
2. Stir in shredded chicken, corn, bacon, green onion and dill.
3. In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the dressing and mix well.
4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and mix gently to combine.
Serving Size: makes 4 generous servings
