Tina's Parmesan baked Cod

Ingredients
12 oz Cod (fish) 16 tsp Parmesan Cheese Kroger Brand 5.5 tbsp Almond flour Bobs Red Mill 1 tbsp Basil 3 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Thyme, ground 1 tsp Sea Salt McCormick 1 tsp Black Pepper Ground 1 Serving(s) Egg Raw Large 0.3 cup Coconut Milk Imperial Dragon 1 tbsp Butter Unsalted Kroger Brand 1 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Butter a baking dish and set aside. Salt and pepper each 3 oz piece of cod. In a bowl mix egg & coconut milk. In a shallow pan mix Parmesan, flour and spices. Dip each piece of cod in the egg mixture and then roll into parmesan flour mixture and place into the buttered baking dish. Squeeze fresh lemon juice onto each piece of cod. Bake in preheated oven for about 20-23 minutes. Garnish with lemon slices and serve. Serving Size: Makes 4 3 oz servings
