0.5 container (4 oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat4.0 1tsp Olive Oil6.0 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled)1.0 clove Garlic
No heating involved. Get a big container. Dump the yogurt in. Slice the cucumbers into little pieces and mix them. Smash the garlic with half a teaspoon of salt and put it in with little amounts of water. Then put olive oil for some deliciousness. You can put dry mint leaves for taste as well.
