Keto Ground Beef, Cheese, Egg, Broccoli Casserole

1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tsp Pepper, black 2 tsp Salt 3 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 4 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 12 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh 24 oz 73% Lean Ground Beef (by DIANESNEWLIFE)
Preheat oven to 350F.
Brown ground beef on some bacon grease/butter/oil in a skillet on medium heat. Will probably do in batches. Drain!
Chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces if not already done.
Crack and whisk 12 eggs in large bowl. Add salt/pepper and any seasoning of choice. Add cup of heavy whipping cream. Whisk. Then mix in all the cheese. Whisk again.
Add broccoli to egg mixture, mix well.
Add sausage to mix and mix well.
Pour into casserole dish, and bake for 45-55 minutes until it sets.
Serving Size: Makes 12 equal pieces from a 13"x9" casserole dish.
