8.0 oz Cream Cheese4.0 tbsp Daisy Sour Cream16.0 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream16.0 tbsp Peanut Butter PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter48.0 tsp swerve4.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup0.5 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened24.0 tsp swerve4.0 tbsp Butter, salted1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
Sugar free/ Keto peanut butter pie
Crust
1c almond flour
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup sweetner. ( I used Swerve. You may need to adjust this to your taste and sweetner)
4 tbs melted butter
Filling
8 oz cream cheese room temp
1/4 c sour cream
1 1/2 c heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c of Swerve Sweetener confectioners sugar
1 1/2 c PB2
Mix the dry ingredients for the crust together in a bowl. Add the melted butter. Mix untill well blended and crumbly. Press into the bottom of a pie pan. Bake at 350° for 10 min. While it is cooling mix the filling .
Put all the ingredients except 1/2 c of the whipping cream in a bowl. Mix well. Add the 1/2 c of whipping cream to smooth the mixture out.
Mix in sugar free chocolate chips or chopped up sugar free reese cups.
I swirled sugar free chocolate sauce on the top of this one.
