Ingredients
3 cup Bertolli Organic Olive Oil, Basil & Garlic Spaghetti Sauce (by RGBAIER) 1.8 cup Kroger Low Fat Ricotta Cheese (by KJOPAULSON) 3 serving Cheese, Great Value Finely Shredded Italian Style (1/3 Cup) 2 cup Spinach, fresh 2 cup, sliced Zucchini 6 oz 90/10 Ground Beef Sirloin 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh .50 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
Directions
Brown beef, onion and mushrooms. Layer zucchini, ricotta, spinach, beef, half egg (whipped) sauce and cheese. Repeat.
