1.5 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 3 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 3 cup Granulated Sugar 3 tsp Baking Soda 1.5 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt 3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 cup Whole Milk - White Dairy 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 12 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 350
Line muffin pan with cupcake liners
In your stand mixer sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder together. Add in the sugar and salt.
With your mixer on low speed add eggs, one at a time and then the vanilla, water, vegetable oil and buttermilk.
Mix on medium for 2 minutes until combined.
Fill liners ⅔ full and bake for 20 minutes until set.
Remove from pan immediately and cool on wire rack.
