Homemade Sous Vide aka crustless quiche

7 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .4 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream .5 cup MIlk, Prairie Farms 2% Milk 4 medium slices, cooked (raw pro Bacon, pork, microwaved 1 oz Gouda Cheese 1 1tsp Coconut Oil
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Combined milk, eggs, and cream with desired spices and whip. (cream is 1/3 cup). spray the muffin tin with coconut oil, microwave the bacon and grade the cheese. Fill each muffin tin 3/4 full of egg mixture, cut the bacon and add pieces to to egg mixture and top with cheese. Place in a water bath (boil water and pour in a large cake pan, then place muffin tin in the pan) on oven rack. Cook for 25-30.
