10 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 3 oz Onion, sweet, raw 0.25 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 0.25 cup Peas, frozen 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon .6 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Potato Starch 1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
1. Saute chicken in shallow pan until slight brown.
2. Sprinkle with cinnamon and garlic.
3. Chop celery, carrot and onion
4. Add all vegetable to pan with chicken
5. Add potato starch & stir
6. Pour in milk and add boullion
7. Simmer until thickened and vegetables are tender
