Rice Crust Pizza

Ingredients
3 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 large Egg white, fresh 2 cup Cheese, Mozarella, shredded low moisture part-skim, Crystal Farms 1 cup Tomato Sauce 3 gram(s) Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g) (by AMBUDMAN) 8 tsp Cheese-Parmesian Kraft
Directions
Mix cooked rice with eggs (slightly beaten) and one of the cups of grated mozarella. Spread mixture evenly on bottom and sides of greased 12 or 13 each pizza pan to form crust. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce, minced garlic, 1/2 t basil and 1/2 t oregano. Spread evenly over baked crust. Add remaining cup of mozarella and the parmesan cheese and any other toppings. Return to oven for 10 minutes.
