Tumeric lemon ginger drink

Ingredients
2.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 serving Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon1.0 serving honey (raw, trader joes, organic) (1 tbs)2.0 tbsp fresh tumeric2.0 tbsp fresh ginger
Directions
Grate 1" turmeric root and 1" ginger root into apot of 30 oz. of filtered water or into a tea ball. Juice 1 or 2 lemons if small, into 2 mugs, putting the rinds into rhe water and heat until just boiling. Put 1 tablespoon of honey into each mug along with a dash of pepper. Remove the lemon rind and strain liquid into the mugs. Stir to mix honey with the liquid. Serving Size: 18 oz
