Coconut banana raisin chia pudding

1 can Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) 1/3 cup chia seeds 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh .25 cup, packed Raisins
Shake can of coconut milk well. Combine with chia seeds and mix thoroughly. Store covered in fridge for approx 20 minutes to allow mixture to thicken. In separate bowl, mash bananas. Combine bananas with raisins and fold into chia/coconut milk mixture until fully blended. If too thick, stir in some unsweetened coconut milk from carton. May be kept in fridge for up to 5 days.
