Ingredients
1 serving Pure Protein Rich Chocolate 100% Whey Protein powder - about 1/2 cup 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender adding the protein powder last. Turn on low to incorporate for about 10 seconds, then on high for about 20 more seconds or until you reach consistency desired! Feel free to add other fruits in place of or along with the banana, such as strawberries or pineapple.

Serving Size: makes 2 huge smoothies!
