1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) .5 serving Cocao Nibs, 1/4 cup (by ZSAZSA4EVER) .25 cup Spinach, fresh 0.25 cup, unthawed Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) 4 oz Great Value Almond Milk unsweetened
Directions
Put in a blender and liquefy. Drink with a wide straw.
