3 cup Chicken broth, Member's Mark Organic Free Range 50 gram(s) Egg - Egg Land's Best Organic Eggs (1 egg = 50 grams) , slightly beaten0.5 tsp Xanthan Gum, (added a sprinkle at a time to keep from clumping)
** In a 4Cup saucepan, bring broth to a boil over medium heat.
** When broth comes to a boil, stir vigorously while sprinkling a tiny amount of Xanthan Gum in a LITTLE bit at a time--add a little, keep stirring, add a little more...until just a bit less thick than you want it. (Don't overdue it; broth will continue to thicken and can turn to gel if not careful.)
** Reduce heat and drizzle beaten egg into broth, stirring constantly.
Serving Size: Makes 3 one-cup servings
