Catfish Stew

Ingredients
2.5 serving Bacon, Applegate Farms Sunday Bacon (2 strips) 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup, diced Celery, raw 3.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes 1.5 cup Kitchen Basics Natural Seafood Stock (by MAXFUNGURL) 3 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 2 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 1 tea salt1/2 tea pepper1/2 tea thyme1/2 tea red pepper flakes15 oz Potatoe Raw (by LARRYVINNIE) 16 oz Channel Catfish 0.5 package (10 oz) yields Okra, frozen, cooked
Directions
Brown bacon in stockpot over medium high heat until almost crisp. Add onions and celery and saute 3-5 min. Add tomatoes, stock, ketchup, worcestershire, seasoning, and potatoes and still well. Reduce heat to medium low, cover and cook for 40 minutes or until potatoes are very tender. Add catfish and okra, reduce heat to low, cover and continue cooking 10 min. Remove from heat, stir, cover and allow stew to rest for 20 min before serving
