Directions
2 4-oz. tilapia filets1 tablespoon wasabi mustard2 cloves garlic, minced or pressed1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Set "Forman-style" grill to preheat for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, rinse tilapia filets in cold water, pat dry and set aside. Combine wasabi mustard, minced garlic and ground black pepper in a small cup.
Spread one side of the fillets with about half of the wasabi mixture. When grill is heated, spray lightly with non-stick spray and place fillets sauce-side down on the grill. Spread the remaining wasabi mixture on the exposed side of the fillets. Close lid and grill for 3 to 7 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets. Check freqently for doneness and cook only until fish flakes easily with a fork.
