Soy Chicken Kebobs

Ingredients
1 Diced chicken breast - boneless and skinless1 chunked green bell pepper1 cup white rice1 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
Directions
Dice chicken, chunk pepper and drain pineapple. Marinate all ingredients in soy sauce preferably overnight.
Place ingredients on cookie sheet that has been lined with foil and sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
Ingredients may also be threaded onto a skewer and grilled.
Serve over cooked white rice.
