Chipotle Chicken Soup

Ingredients
2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs32 oz 100% Natural Swanson Unsalted Chicken Broth28 oz 100% Natural Hunt's No Salt Added Crushed Tomatoes 10 oz La Costeņa Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce 1 large Onion3 tsp Spice World Squeeze Minced Garlic 1 tsp Cumin PowderAdd salt to taste if needed.
Directions
Cut chicken into bite-size pieces, and add to a large pot. Then add the chicken broth and crushed tomatoes. Next, mince the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, and chop the onion. Add both of these, along with the garlic and cumin. Mix all the ingredients, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, then cover and simmer until the chicken is done, stirring occasionally. If you like, you can serve this over white rice with a little sour cream on top.
