30 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs (approx 7) 2 tbsp Butter 8 tbsp Heavy Cream (1/2 cup)4 tsp Italian Seasoning 4 tsp Minced Garlic 7 oz Sun dried Tomatoes - drained 1 cup Chicken Broth 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese - Shredded (not not add during cooking process) 2/3 cup Parmesan Cheese - Shredded Salt and Pepper to tasteGarlic and Herb Seasoning Blend - Optional
Sprinkle the salt, pepper, and garlic herb blend over the chicken.
Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and an internal temperature of 165F. About 7 minutes per side.
Remove the chicken and add the remaining ingredients, plus a pinch of salt and pepper. Reserving 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese.
Stir to combine. Bring the dish to a boil and continue to stir occasionally about 10 minutes until thickened.
Add the chicken back into the dish and spoon the sauce mixture over the chicken. Simmer for 1-2 minutes more and top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
