Sesame Soy Broccoli with Brown Rice

2 tbsp soy sauce4 cups chopped fresh broccoli2 tbsp sesame seeds4 cups brown rice, cooked
Lightly toast sesame seeds in skillet. Set aside. Pour soy sauce in skillet. Add broccoli, stir to coat. Cook at medium heat until tender crisp, about 8-10 minutes. Top with sesame seeds. Serve over cooked brown rice. 1-cup broccoli over 1-cup rice is a serving.
