Salad: Waldorf Salad

Ingredients
2 medium Apples, chopped (yields approx 1.5 cups) 1 cup Red Seedless Grapes, halved 1 cup, Raw Celery, thinly sliced0.5 cup, Pecan pieces, toasted 3 tbsp *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise) 1.5 tsp fresh lemon juice1/4 tsp saltdash black pepper
Directions
toast pecan pieces at 350 for approx 7 minutes or until fragrant.

in medium sized bowl whisk together mayo, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

stir in chopped fruit, celery and toasted pecans. refrigerate for an hour or so before serving.

    This is what I call a traditional Waldorf Salad--just like my mother made. (although I think she used Hellman's Mayonnaise, regular) - 9/29/19
