Herbed Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
1 clove chopped garlica dash of pepper1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed1 tbsp canola oil14 oz chicken broth1 cup frozen peas1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves1 1/2 cups uncooked brown rice
Directions
Heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken, garlic, and pepper. Cook 10 minutes or until chicken is browned. Remove, set aside.

In same skillet, combine broth, peas, and thyme. Heat to boiling. Stir in rice. Return chickn to skillet. Cover, cook 15-20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
