Cauliflower and Green Bean Curry

Ingredients
1 med. head of cauliflower in flowerettes(cooked)1 can of green beans drainedHalf of a large onion, choppedhalf of a large green pepper chopped2 large cloves of garlic chopped1 small can of tomato sauce 8 oz.2.5 T curry powder1 T cumin powder1 knorr chicken flavored boullion cube2 cups boiling waters & p to taste2 T olive oil
Directions
Heat oil in a wok or large frypan, add curry powder and cumin and saute in oil for 2 minutes on medium heat. Add chopped onions and green peppers and saute until beginning to soften, add chopped garlic for a minute. Then add tomato sauce and boiling water with chicken cube disolved in it. Simmer and add cauliflower and green beans, simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally over medium low heat. Check for seasoning. Serves 4 (about a cup and a half).
Serve over rice (not included in calorie count).
