48 oz Chicken Tyson All Natural BoneLess SkinLess Chicken Breasts (GS) 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 tbsp Tarragon, Fresh 1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream 2 tbsp Lemon juice 1 Lemon, zested and fruit without seeds sliced and cut into 1/4 round pieces.
Cut chicken into pieces. Melt butter and oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Add the chicken and tarragon, saute until the chicken is cooked through. Add the cream, let the sauce bubble up, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add lemon juice, lemons, and lemon zest and salt and pepper to taste.
