Loaded Potato and Broccoli Soup

6.0 cup MIlk, Prairie Farms 2% Milk0.66 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour6.0 tbsp Butter, salted7.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese8.0 serving Baked Potatoe - Medium10.0 serving Carrot Sticks (baby) 3 oz serving8.0 stalk Broccoli, fresh1.0 clove Garlic1.0 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Pepper, black910.0 fl oz Chicken Broth2.0 tsp Onion powder
Broth, onion powder, diced potatoes and diced carrots in large pot. Simmer for 10 mins.
Add diced broccoli. Simmer for another 10 mins.
While potatoes etc are simmering, make cheese sauce. Can be set aside once done.
Melt butter in a medium size pot. Add flour, whisk until dissolved. Slowly add milk. Thickens as it heats. Once it boils lightly, add cheese, pepper, salt and garlic. Whisk until cheese is melted.
Once all of the above is done, combine all into large pot et voila!
