Keto Stuffed Cabbage Casserole

.50 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh 1 stick Butter, salted 16 oz Ground beef, lean 8 oz Cheddar Cheese 1 tbs chilli powder (by CYMRUGIRL1)
saute cabbage in 2/3 of the butter. Mix in seasoning, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder, smoke paprika, oregano to taste.
saute beef in the remainder of butter, season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder to taste.
Mix cabbage and beef together, mix in 2/3 of the cheese. Put into a casserole and top with the rest of the cheese.
Bake in 400 degree onion until top is brown and bubbly--15-20 minutes.
