Nut bars w/ choc chips

Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.25 tsp Cloves, ground0.25 tsp Nutmeg, ground2.0 tbsp Poppy seed4.0 oz Nuts, hazelnuts or filberts, blanched4.0 oz (10-12 kernels) Macadamia Nuts4.0 oz (20 halves) Pecans4.0 oz Walnuts3.0 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds4.0 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal5.0 tbsp Natural Raw Unfiltered Honey8.0 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)3.0 tbsp chia seeds0.5 cup Dakota Style Roasted/ Salted Sunflower Kernels6.0 tsp stevia baking mix2.0 tbsp lily's stevie sweetened chocolate chips1.0 serving mrm natural whey Dutch chocolate
Directions
Chop nuts. Set aside. Add seeds, spices, choc chips. Mix well. Pour melted butter, mix well. Pour in honey, mix well. Pour mixture into lined 13x9 pan. Press flat, bake 15-20 min. Let cool, then cut into 16 bars. Serving Size: 1 bar
