Ingredients
16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 336 grams Okra .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 140 grams Mushrooms, fresh 1 package (10 oz) Spinach, fresh 2 tbsp Curry powder 4 tsp Aldi Minced Garlic (by MSTONYA610) 4 serving Compliments Sensations, Ginger paste (1 tsp = 1 serving) (by CADMENTR) 5 tbsp Sour Cream 3 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Directions
Melt butter in skillet. Add onions, peppers, mushrooms garlic, curry powder, and ginger and saute until soft. Add up to a cup of water if the mixture seems too dry. Add okra, spinach and chicken (cut it in cubes so it cooks faster). Cover and cook over medium heat until the chicken is cooked through. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Turn off the heat and stir in the sour cream.
