Almond Muffin Tops (Keto)

Ingredients
1.5 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 4 serving Egg - Large (1 egg) 8 tbsp Butter, salted 3 tsp Baking Powder
Directions
1. Mix dry ingredients together.
2. Add eggs and melted butter to step 1 mixing well.
3. Using a 3 inch silicone muffin top pan fill each well with 1/4 cup of mixture.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. (may need more or less time depending on your oven)

Serving Size: Makes 10 muffin tops.
