steamed veggies and grilled chicken

* Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch (remove) * Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup (remove) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, strips (remove) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, .25 cup, chopped or sliced (remove) * butter buds, .25 cup, 0.25 cup (remove) * Garlic, 1 clove (remove) * *Lemon Juice, 1 wedge yields (remove) * Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 small (remove) * *Summer Squash, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
Directions
use grilled chicken from the frozen food section or save some and freeze from last time you grilled. steam all veggies, toss with garlic, lemon and butter buds mixture, add chicken and serve.
