6.4 oz Chicken - Foster Farms Boneless Skinless Thin Cut Chicken Breast 1 medium Carrots, raw 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 wedge yields Lemon Juice 4 medium Mushrooms, fresh 3 tbsp Peanut Oil 3 dash Salt 250 mL Water, tap

Mix all and cook in pan in low heat until all the things are cooked and soft
