4 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 4 tbsp g hughes smkehouse sugar free bbq sauce, hickory flavored 1 cup Steamed Broccolli-Birds Eye 0.5 cup Rice, Success Boil-in-Bag Whole Grain Brown Rice
Put 4-6 chicken breasts in a crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours. add a bottle of sugar free bbq sauce (or any other low sugar sauce). Add low sodium spices to taste. Shred with a fork in the sauce, then measure out portions. Follow directions on packaging for rice and veggies
